Friend of mine left her purse in the car during a ride. After not being able to find a working phone number for this company, finally found an email address that they responded to. The driver agreed to meet a few days later so I could get the purse back, however minutes before we met he said he would only give it back if I have him $40. Terrible company that makes a customer who had previously paid for their services, pay to get something that was left behind in their car or have it stolen from them. Definitely take an uber over this embarrassment of a car service.
