Was called by the company on 2/2/23 to confirm that our order would be delivered between 10:00 and 17:00 the following day, but we would receive a text by 08:00 to advise us on an hour window so that we wouldn’t be waiting all day. Still hadn’t heard anything by 10:00 so I called. “Greeted” over the phone by a shirty and abrupt woman who opened the call with a heavy sigh and a “uh, hello”, who then implied that I was causing a massive inconvenience by calling them (it’s called Customer Service for a reason?) because they’re “so busy”. She then barked at me, “how do you expect us to call everyone with delivery times, don’t be ridiculous” - not at all what I was expecting, I was just expecting a text to advise a time; just like I was told the day before, so we weren’t waiting over 6 hours for a delivery…? Didn’t catch her name, but she needs some customer service training, or to get a job that she actually has the time and patience for, because clearly she hates what she’s doing and she was just wholly unpleasant to deal with. Do better, or don’t work in Customer Service: simple.

Witnessed one of your drivers today around two o'clock ish ,driving very erratically and over the speed limit in a restricted 50mph zone on the M6 junction 7,driving very close to vehicles and swerving dangerously in lane, all the signs of driving while using his phone, registration number PN21FXC.
Unfortunately to highlight how dangerous this can be, a few miles up the road on the opposite carriageway there was a very serious accident.
