Took ltz to get dyno wasn't running good. Lagging in power backfired popped cracked just wasn't right. Got it back from Dave and the thing runs flawless. Very happy with the work Dave did.

After reading these such negative review from people that are not open minded and impatient makes me upset. The owner such a nice guy and actually cares about your needs. Don't bealive such negative things people say. Give the owner a chance and u will be suprise how great him and his business is. Great mechanic great everything. Words cant explain. People should be greatfull for this business because its hard to find a honest and trustworthy shop. Thank u again de twin cam performance.

I called in the beginning of June and they said it was backed up four weeks and try calling back in a month so I tried to call back in about four weeks later and ask if I could set an appointment he said they're backed up for about three-four weeks AGAIN!!!!! he said call again in another three weeks so I told him this is what you told me last time and he wouldn't even let me set up an appointment place is a joke don't waste your time go somewhere else !!! horrible customer service and on top of it all I talk to a couple people and they said the service there is horrible and had problems DONT WASTE UR TIME

After only a few emails back and forth it was very unprofessional and honestly not helpful what so ever. Very short responses with barley answering any of my questions. Nor offered any other options or assistance. It really felt like they could care less about selling their product. However, their response time was very fast!

Nice repair shop. Owner is a nice guy who fixed my tire while I waited. Has a really nice Snap-On spin balancer machine, among other proper professional repair equipment and a dynomometer. Very fair prices and fast service. Will be back again.

First he was over hour and half late opening up. My husband took his bike in for inspection and new tire. Two weeks and no call. Stopped in and said he was behind but was getting to it the next day. Another two weeks and nothing. When in to take the bike out and take it somewhere else and no reaction or apology. Would never recommend this place.
We never asked you to put a sticker on to pass the inspection against the law. My husband told you to do the other work and he would take it somewhere else for the inspection. The bike was in the shop for 4 weeks and never received 1 phone call to let us know what was taking so long. We never did or would ask you to put an inspection sticker on against the law.

Very helpful customer service that took time to explain what was wrong with my motorcycle. Gave me options to get peek Performance. I enjoyed watching my bike get Dyno tuned, and Dave tuned it perfectly!

I go here regularly. Got my CBR tuned here, they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend using DE for any of your motorcycle needs!
