i am not one to leave a review but these people are truly weird. I was shopping in the store minding my business and the workers start whispering about me and asking me to put my bag outside the dressing room which i did not have a problem with. then they start asking me to count my things after trying on which again i was fine with. i asked if there was a problem and they go back to being judgy and whispering and looking at me like they are still in high school which they probably are but still.. be more original. it got to the point where i had to laugh because it was so stereotypical brandy melville behavior, which by the way to the girl in the camo pants and blonde hair you can’t be ugly and have a horrible personality please choose a struggle. anyways i ask again if there is a problem and if they want to look in my bag which was not abnormally large or anything and they say they can’t so i assume the interaction is done. then the ugly blonde and her ugly friend start turning away and laughing? overall super weird people working here and honestly the options were mid.

I think the table placement could be a little more efficient, especially that table to the left of the checkout line. I would consider rotating it counterclockwise and have it facing diagonally at about a 65 degree angle.

I’m not really one to leave reviews but I couldn’t let this go. A couple years ago I went here with my sister and it was going well until we noticed one of the employees chasing down a girl and accusing her of stealing. She came back to the store and gave back the item she took, but the employees proceeded to yell at her, swear at her, attack her appearance, etc. in the middle of the store. I don’t agree with stealing, but I thought the employees were incredibly mean and unprofessional, especially since there were other customers present!!! Once the girl left they continued to tear her apart right next to me and my sister. As someone who works in customer service, I know that anywhere else this would’ve (should’ve) resulted in someone getting fired. This wasn’t just some girls defending their store, this was straight up bullying.

The customer service is terrible. All the employees were rude and did not offer to help or ask if I was looking for anything. They threw my clothes into bag and called it good. The building is way too small and there was no space for all of the customers. In addition the clothes were scattered and there was ZERO organization. I do not recommend this place at all, just shop online.

I usually love buying from brandy but this time was different. First of all the package was 2 days late to arrive. Second they did not send me the right sweatpants. I still like their clothing but I was really looking forward to them and returning packages is such a hassle .

this store was really great. the people were very nice even though the store was kind of busy, but all the people in there were very nice. As was the store was clean and beautiful.

Who was in charge of hiring needs to work on getting people with better customer service. The person who checked me out literally didn't say one word to me and give me a blank stare And handed me my bag after I paid. The vibe in this store is not great, the workers clearly need some customer service training.

Super cute clothes, while it is one size I do find that the clothes are pretty stretchy. They also have some really good bags & jewelry incase the clothes aren't your style. The store is a bit packed & its kinda hard to find a specific thing you are looking for but the workers are friendly. The dressing rooms are really bad though because instead of an actual door its a cloth
