I rented their Elite Seat for two months and paid them $845 to do so. After returning it, two months later they emailed me and said I broke a plastic part on the unit and they were going to charge me $200 to repair it. I tried explaining I did not break it and used it up until the day I returned it. They then tried to get my insurance company to pay for the damage, which I would not authorize as I felt that was insurance fraud since I did not break the part. Even if a plastic part was broken, by default, plastic parts do wear and break at no fault of the user. They admitted to me this was an older pieces of equipment and had been rented many times in the past. Finally, 8 months after returning it, they charged my credit card they had on file $200 without my authorization. Beware, I do not believe they are an ethical company.
