Purchased a NFL New York Giants cutting board for my son’s housewarming gift as he just purchased a new home. The first time he washed it large patches of color washed out the bottom. Can’t believe the NFL would license such a poor quality item, even more so that this company would sell it.

I purchased a Green Bay Packers gel filled freezer mug on November 6th and yesterday the bottom fell off, didn't even get 4 months out of it? Went back to Amazon and was told I couldn't return it for a new one so I guess I'm just out $16. Why is your customer service so poor, I didn't get any kind of a reply??
