PMI has done a great job of managing our rental property for over 4 years. During that time they have been very helpful in handling any issues with tenants and especially with the challenges that arose during COVID. They do a great job of keeping us informed of service requests and we appreciate that they are flexible to work with our contractor when possible. Having PMI manage the rent collection and tenant communication, as well as marketing and showing the property gives us peace of mind.

They are very professional in handling the details involved, watching over my best interest, and are always available if I have any questions or concerns. The rental process went smoothly and PMI was nice enough to schedule a long tour of the home so I could take all of the pictures and measurements that I needed. Additionally, they are always friendly and professional on the phone when I call, and they are quick to resolve maintenance issues when they arise. They are also quick to reach out to the owner when I have specific questions (i.e. painting, lease extension). When it was time to renew my lease, the owner was immediately contacted and I was given an answer right away, which was very much appreciated. Thank you, PMI, for a job well done! Over the years, PMI Property Management has provided superior management services to our HOA.
