I was offered a job with Alliance Bernstein. The Interviews went great I knew my stuff and the interviewers agreed. I was given a job offer after the four round interview was over. I was so happy to get an offer, Weeks passed, and I was given a letter from HR that due to the consumer report. I gave them all the proper documentation and the verification of employment letters from my previous employment and the companies I saod I worked on my resume all checked out
and they confirmed that I worked at the companies I said on my resume. They decided not to employ me and take back their offer letter because of job title. Don't waste your time interviewing with this company.

Very painful process of dealing with this company. (1) They are extremely low trust (2) Each person you deal with gives you different information. There is a lack of thoroughness (3) Their apologies are insincere - the sound and feel like a verbal middle finger (4) Extremely bureaucratic process to switch investment vehicles. They will have you jumping through multiple hoops to make decisions about your money. Every time you speak to someone, you get different information or they present a new obstacle - followed by that insincere middle finger apology. (5) Prefer to invest with companies that make me feel welcome and happy to have made a decision to do business with them. I feel that they don't care if I do business with them or not. This is not the company for the small investor. I'm sure they treat their multimillionaires and billionaires much better. If I could elect "no stars" that would be my choice to describe my experience with AB.

Called up, spoke to a woman named Lisa, probably the rudest individual I’ve ever spoke to in my entire life. Was very unhelpful. Couldn’t hold a normal conversation or answer any common questions that were asked. They need a new receptionist.
