If i could give zero stars I would! Horrible customer service. Did not review invoice and when I ask them to make a case to figure this out because I dont want to miss future invoices, the person in customer service told me that I had to call everytime I did not get an invoice, and when I said I still wanted them to make a case she told me to calm down and hung up the phone.

This is the most backwards bank I've ever seen, not practical at all. If you take out financing or a loan, oddly enough, they charge a monthly administrative fee. It's a lot of money wasted - or rather, thrown into the bank's hands. I've never seen a worse bank in Sweden.

They manage FedEx regarding importation taxes. So instead of having a tax invoice joined with your packet, they send you a letter asking you to pay the tax and charging you for extra service that you've never asked for. Disgusting practices.
Such a company can only exist in Sweden.

It's easy to start a business account here. This is the only advantage.
They are slow, difficult to reach, bad customer service. Now they made something that I believe is against any customer needs - you need to pre-register bank account to proceed with any payment. I takes 1-2 weeks. How any business can function when the bank delays everything?
Don't recommend at all.

I had to get a new laptop and so I used SVEA because the interest rate wasn't too bad. I signed up for automatic payment and it was approved by SVEA.
After 2 months or so I received a new invoice with 2x the interest rate, which was weird, so I logged into my account. I noticed that they hadn't activated the automatic payment, and when I looked into it, I see that I had to manually activate it - something that I've never had to do with automatic payments before, and something I hadn't been informed of by SVEA beforehand, not even when I received the approvement email.
Since the automatic payment hadn't been activated, they hadn't taken any money out of my account, and for this reason they changed the interest rate and added late fees. I received no reminders beforehand.
I called their support and explained the situation, but the agent was more interested in proving me wrong than finding a solution. They told me to send them an email instead, explaining the situation again, so I did. But I didn't receive a response.

Essentially, these individuals are contemporary thieves who include minute details in their terms and conditions to take advantage of their customers. It's best to steer clear of them as much as possible.

Horrible, horrible company. I've visited Sweden and stayed at paid parking lot. I paid money for the parking and put the ticket behind my window. When I woke up I saw that I received fine for not paying parking ticket. I filled complaint and sent the company photo of the ticket, where is clearly stated that I paid what I should've paid. Today I received answer that my boss still have to pay the fine even though I clearly proved that I paid for the parking. Disgusting.

The most horrible service ever 😱 I called to confirm one small thing, but the guy with the strong Skåne accent was so unfriendly and rude, so I preferred to write an email. This bank charged me double penalty for 1 day delay and finally I paid 443 kr instead of 183 kr. I wish they become bankrupt and all their clients will be taken over nice and friendly Klarna
