BEWARE : If you have the intention of leasing from this group be prepared to have them avoid you at all costs! They only want to work with large corporations and not private or small groups. (The Streets of Southglenn)

I have known of Alberta Development Partners for many years and have seen them evolve into a premiere real estate development company. As a design professional, I have visited most of their developments along the front range of Colorado. I believe they do an exceptional job of creating high-quality environments that enhance local communities by bringing retailers, restaurants and a mix of differing uses together in a design sensitive manner. Nice work, Alberta. I'm proud to have you here in Colorado!

Despicable, evil people. They murdered one of the largest colonies of Prairie Dogs, one of America's national treasures. It's kind of like murdering a whole bunch of bald eagles. Prairie Dogs are one animal distinct to the US. They could have easily relocated them with time, but they were so evil that they killed the Prairie Dogs in a gruesome manner. Do not under any circumstances visit their mall- The Castle Rock Promenade or go to the stores that will be part of it.

This company has no regard for the wishes of the community in the areas it builds and no regard for Colorado's wildlife or ecosystem. They have elected to wipe out one of Colorado's biggest and essential prairie dog populations to build a massive mall in Castle Rock that the citizens don't want. The company could easily delay development and honor the ecosystem in Colorado by relocating the prairie dogs, but instead they will be gassing and killing a prairie dog population that is essential in supporting other wildlife in the area.
I would never recommend this company.

This company and their psychopathic leader are perfectly willing to destroy an important keystone species, Prairie Dogs, which are desperately needed to maintain the health of prairie ecosystems. They are wonderful examples of vicious, cannibalistic capitalism which will stop at nothing to attain money.
