I have been a customer of Tre for 15 years, today I came into the store in Partille for a quick question about the Apple Watch but the guy who works there is talking on the phone with his friend and all he said is I will help you right away. 5 minutes passed and nothing happened, he stood there drinking water and laughing happily but actually didn't know that I should have bought 3 Apple Watches today, so I left the store and went to the Elgiganten store instead where I was treated much better so I ended up buying three Apple Watches there instead. Really make sure and get people who have better customer service you will lose all your customers, I have three subscriptions with you and in a year I will leave TRE for good.
