Hi I just want to comment on Toran's review, what she writes is unfortunately not entirely true, when Toran called and said that the tiles had fallen, the plan was to pick up the tiles and redo the floor, it was just that when we removed the waterproofing it was wet underneath and then I realized that I had to contact my insurance company, they say that Toran has to determine what the water damage is from, after that my insurance company will take over the case, it's just that I never get a call, but Toran continues with his company, after that I get a report from ARN (attached the verdict) they give AMB entreprenad absolutely the right and the verdict cannot be overruled. Warning to other customers! I hired this contractor for a bathroom renovation that unfortunately led to serious problems. The work turned out to contain several shortcomings that caused moisture damage. When the errors were pointed out, the contractor took no responsibility, which resulted in both significant additional costs and inconvenience. In consultation with my insurance company, PEAB was hired to fix the problems and redo the entire bathroom. Their experts were able to determine that the damage was not due to any pipe leakage, but to errors in the previous design. Based on my experience, I do not recommend hiring this contractor.
