Nice and newly built and fast service when ordering books from Trelleborg Library here. Their system with the extra opening hours seems to be problematic, creating discord among visitors and extra work for the employees. I was questioned how I got in even though the door was open, the staff said she hadn't heard the door. Didn't feel particularly welcoming when I had already waited 20 minutes in the car because another visitor who went out during lunch didn't want to let me in as she didn't want to be responsible for what I might do in the 20 minutes before the staff came back. I've waited 4 days to go into Anderslöv (I live in the country) because there is only access to the library if you sign a contract to go in when the staff is not there, which can only be signed when there is staff on site. Another lady who used the door button during lunch stood outside and looked around her guardedly before the door slammed shut. Maybe it would have been better to have it open and staffed every day than for people to have to act as police officers at the library.
