I see Christina and she’s friendly, helpful and does an exceptional job looking after my teeth. Narkoskliniken is a fantastic practice with an even better team behind them.

Extremely expensive! I had a simple filling done due to a broken repair, admittedly three surfaces but no caries, no anesthesia, no difficulties in other respects. This cost about 2800 SEK. The reference price for the same treatment is about 1850 SEK, it turns out. Aquadental has really gone wild and added 50% to the reference price! Enough so that you can pay a little more for private dental care but this is too much. They are nice, nothing wrong with the treatment, but the price means that I will choose someone else next time. The fact that there is free pricing does not mean that you have to rob people. Keep in mind that high-cost protection only applies to the reference price, so you pay the entire markup yourself. So check the price before you have treatment. The company responds by saying that my "experience" is that it is a high price. No, it is objectively high with 50% above the reference price, it is not an individual experience. I have been to the clinic several times and, as I said, have always been treated nicely. However, I have been unlucky that several of my treating dentists have left, so the turnover in staff seems to be high. Since my dentist retired many years ago, it has not been easy to find a sensible and reliable dentist who does not put profit first, second and third. If it had been "a little" more expensive, up to 20% more perhaps, I would not have bothered. But here they have crossed the line of decency. I also understand that different procedures cost different things, as the clinic writes, I will not say anything about that. This was a very uncomplicated repair that took 15 minutes. I believe that providing good care also includes price. A humane price is just as important as good treatment. I want to be robbed by a nice robber just as little as by a nasty robber.
