Slarvigt arbete. När jag klagar får jag till svar att de generellt inte får klagomål för att i nästa mening säga att de inte har tid att lyssna på alla klagomål och att lgh är besiktigad och godkänd , men om det är nåt litet kan de hjälpa …

Sloppy work. When I complain, I get the answer that they generally don't receive complaints because in the next sentence they say that they don't have time to listen to all complaints and that the apartment is inspected and approved, but if it's something small they can help....[I wasn't invited to the inspection, so I don't think anyone has done it because of all the obvious errors.] Then send pictures/videos for documentation for Arn. Got the apartment back 4/4, they came 13/5, were supposed to put up shelves, bathroom cabinets. Sawed apart the sink cabinet, Answer = it's the manufacturers fault. We're pissed at them. ⛔️not fixed, was fixed after re-inspection, 6 months. Mixed fix/mortar indoors, so I splashed an entire long wall of the bedroom and 2 walls in the hall and got marks. ⛔️I had to fix it myself, but I couldn't get everything removed. Will have to re-wallpaper. Loose bathroom light switch. ⭐️fixed They sawed an electrical cable, then they pulled a new one straight through the wall that they sealed with silicone all around instead of a box cover. ⭐️Fixed ⛔️But had to fill, sand, repaint the entire wall. Had to repaint several walls and other things as well as fill, sand, repaint the entire staircase 2 times. Kitchen faucet swinging, [future water damage] ⛔️ not fixed The answer I got....That's how it is when it's just sitting in the sheet metal, they wanted to strengthen it, was told it was stupid, got the answer that I should be glad it's not an IKEA sink. ⛔️ Had to fix it myself, took 25 minutes. Wrongly sawn floor, / pressed out mustard colored silicone there.. [to light floor] ⛔️ Remedy, they change to beige color, visible a little less but still wrongly sawn ⛔️ Silicone between wall/sink too low. ⛔️ damage to front door ⭐️ fixed. Baseboards were loose. [1 nail] ⭐️ fixed 1 baseboard not sawn straight and gapped to floor. Put silicone baseboard against wall, ok,, IF they pull it out, now it was lying like a log that I had to spend a long time cutting away with a razor blade and redoing. ⛔️ fixed it myself, didn't feel like they were going to fix anything more, when he looks at the sink dresser so no attempt to fix it. Small damage everywhere inside, moldings, ceiling doors and door lining that are not attached, nail heads and pins sticking out in the baseboards / lining. During the renovation they used my sink, kitchen counter and furniture as workbenches 😢 They are now picking up customers by saying that they are with them ALL the way, see the 'small' [don't even see the big] details and that they make renovation dreams come true. Post the pictures/videos. The comments were 'incredibly ugly for a company, what scumbags, oh my god etc. Now they have not responded to text messages for 3 weeks. Today I received an email that my apartment is closed, they do not intend to fix the rest, but I hope I am SATISFIED with their work and think they followed industry practice. Contacted a plumbing expert who received pictures/videos who after documentation wrote that it is not professional. After several months of fighting and help from experts, I got through a 'special inspection' which took "only" six months. The new inspection addressed what I pointed out, but has discovered even more after, cracks on both sides of the toilet seat that was basically new. Door lining that is not attached, and that I replaced 3 door jambs with new moldings, just primed and lots of holes in it. It continues, the sink came loose from the wall the week before last, they fixed that, but now there is a gap between the sink/commode, luckily I had taken a photo of the silicone between the wall/sink that it had come loose, so they pulled a new one. Discovered the weekend of 4/10 that the shower only holds 37 degrees after '6 months', kitchen/sink 50g received a response from the board that it should STILL be adjusted. After everything that has happened and I can't stand several months of fuss with the past in hand ... there was a report to the environment and health when I didn't get feedback for several days. After 5 days they arrived, the mixer was broken.. Tired.now 😵‍💫
