Awful shipping company! A package, containing parts for my van, was handed over to DB Schenker on Friday, 2021-03-26 @ 12:08. The goods were purchased from Skruvat.se Three days later (2021-03-29 @ 03:54) the package was registered by DB Schenker in Gävle. Given the fact that there was a weekend between the two dates mentioned, this was absolutely normal. Monday, the day when my package was registered in Gävle, someone from DB Schenker called to let me know that my package will be delivered Thursday, 2021-04-01, just a few days before Easter. Now, in order for me to be able to spend the Easter with my family, I needed to fix my van -- using the parts that were at DB Schenker -- so that I could drive down from where I live (quite a remote location) to my family, about 500km south. Wednesday, the day before the delivery was scheduled, I got another call from DB Schenker saying that they will deliver the package the next day. Basically, the same information I got Monday... Tuesday, 2021-04-01, at around 15PM I decided to call DB Schenker and ask about my package since it wasn't in my possession yet. They provided the phone number of "B-Å Anderssons åkeri", a shipping company from Bollnäs. And that's where the show started... The guy from B-Å Anderssons said "my driver has been looking for you for two days". To which I said "I've been home during the whole week, all the time!" guy from B-Å Anderssons: "I don't think so" I thought... "!?" I mean, really!? So, I explained in short that Easter with my family is not possible unless I receive my package. And I certainly did order in time... The guy from B-Å Anderssons: "I don't care!" I certainly do NOT recommend the services of a careless company such as B-Å Anderssons åkeri, thus the one star (I would give none if that would've been an option) One thing is sure, they have been ruined the Easter of at least one family.
