A real silicone scumbag company on par with, for example, Riddermarks and the other scammers who deserve zero stars. Has zero clue about what they sell and when you question any errors, the tone quickly becomes doubtful and starts babbling about what "guarantees" you have bought. You know that, you also have a copy of the purchase contract. But probably not that keen on fixing anything, since it means costs for you. Not affiliated with MRF either, so you should have already suspected something was wrong. I have seen how the owner responded to other negative reviewers and when my contact with the company quickly turned into counter-questions and what "guarantees" I actually had, you knew where it would lead. No point in even taking the car there. He will probably start arguing here too about how I must have been to the wrong company and that they offered to look at it, and so on. The car I bought was "freshly serviced" and freshly inspected. Not a chance, I say. All the filters were full of crap and the oil was heavily diluted with diesel (smelled skunk and was like water), so it hadn't been changed in a long time. Obviously they just reset the service meter. Error code that the temp sensor was faulty. Yes, it was OFF so it was faulty. All the wheels that came with the car (yes, even the winter wheels with 10 year old tires were included) were completely worn out. The summer tires were delaminated, worn sideways and almost without a pattern. But they were soooo OK according to the sales guy Marcus. Even the winter tires would "last another season". They were rock hard and almost without studs. Directly life-threatening. But that's soooo OK. Tires ARE wear parts, and I don't expect to "get" anything in return, but sitting around and claiming that tires that are ready for the dump are completely OK shows that you actually know nothing about tires or cars. This was probably the last time I bought a car from a car dealership. Anyway, I have now changed all the filters, oil, EGT sensor 2 myself, had the wheel alignment done by a professional, fitted new studded tyres and now the perfect winter car runs great. The car gets five stars.
