Nice posters but unfortunately it feels very frivolous when you want to make a complaint! The goods I ordered were destroyed upon delivery, as the packaging was beyond criticism based on weather conditions and transport. Had ordered posters in size 30x40cm (specified on the website) which were both damp damaged and dented when they were delivered. Did not fit the frame regardless as the photo paper they were printed on is in size 29x42cm. Tried to contact customer service a few times to make a complaint, only get a response to the email where I question why there is no feedback. She claims that the emails with the pictures do not arrive, which feels strange as I have tried sending the same email to other email addresses, and they arrive without a problem. Since the emails with the pictures "do not arrive", there is also no approved complaint. I have had to pay for posters I had to throw away. You might think that you should protect your own brand more.
