Really rude so-called project managers who have posted ads on premises that they know nothing about (have no facts or information about the premises). Talking about having been there for over 150 years as if just because of that they can't be frivolous. You are frivolous when you post premises for rent and can't answer any questions. For that matter, they don't respond when you email and also a completely uninterested project manager named Oscar who doesn't know how to talk to a customer. If you post ads and can't answer simple questions and lie about certain premises not being suitable even though exactly the same business is in the same building, that's frivolous. I would never ever do business with this company on the planet. I would have left 0 stars but I couldn't. The company has a history of lying to clients, I've noticed. If you take a phone call and then immediately say you're busy...then the question is why do you answer the phone if you're busy and then get upset because you as a customer find it shady. Warning everyone about this company and the individuals who run it!
