Sad 😢 so incredibly much construction fraud! 😡 Careless and haphazard work. 😡 Whatever you do, choose another construction company!!. They were great at first, then they stopped coming, showed up sometimes and just became fraud work. Spoke to the boss Stefan who protects the carpenters all the time. Claims for example that when it rains! it's because the wood has twisted! But the windscreen plate lacked an angle so it led water from the plate down to the windscreens which in turn lead the water onto the facade. The plate is missing on the roof so the water comes into direct contact with the windscreens. The carpenters considered themselves ready time and time again. I had to point out that they were not ready but they considered themselves ready every time. Insulation protruded 10cm, birds started pecking. Around the roof and windows. The base plate at the front door was missing, even at the windows, the front door could not be closed. I had to ask an electrician to fix the interior doors because the carpenters couldn't do it. They were supposed to replace the drip strip where they had replaced the panel. In some places they put in pressure-treated wood, mixed with battens and put back the old rotten drip strip. 😡It's unbelievable! And in some places they had completely broken the drip strip without replacing it at all, even though it said so in the quote. On the facade they put in new battens where they had repaired the panel but also put in the rotten battens! 😡. Even though there was at least 25m of new battens 1m next to the house! Which they bought for this purpose. No professional honor here! 😡Cracked wood around windows and doors. Instead of pre-drilling, just smacking it there. So incredibly unprofessionally done. I've had another company take care of it but a lot remains. And the boss Stefan has said he'll come here to look since May. I still have all the conversations. He's promised but always had some obstacle with him. Now it's November and I've had to hire a company to go through the process. Disaster. Regarding invoicing, they keep adding things. That should have been included in the quote. Oh, made-up things. For example, they put granite floors in an extension. Stefan knew about it. That the material was granite. Even writes in the quote that the customer is responsible for granite floors. Yet he adds thousands of kronor extra because it was granite and not clinker. When I question this, he says that he thought it was "granite-like"😡and therefore demands double the amount in payment. Well, I've held off on the last invoice because the work wasn't done correctly and I've had to hire another company to fix the most serious errors. And there's a lot that remains on the facade that needs to be redone. I'll have to do it this spring. That probably says a lot about why their F-tax has been withdrawn. Not to mention one of the carpenters. Arrogant and tells the customer that the whole house is rotten. But his job was to replace what was rotten. Not to put rotten material back on the walls!😡more pictures are available to see. It took several months to clean up after them. Building materials just everywhere. Oh, lots of leftover unused material is still there. Also read other people's reviews. The F-tax was at least withdrawn from June. Apparently they have got it back again?. Haven't checked it.
