Zero stars for Systainers.se Very dissatisfied with Systainers.se Order placed on April 6th. According to the website, it was only for products that Systainers.se had at home. Two weeks go by. No package arrived. Therefore, I email them on the 20th, with a question about the delivery date for my order. I get no answer. So instead I call them on the 23rd. In that conversation, the following two things are alleged. 1: We do not have the products at home for delivery. 2: We have not received any email. I answer the following. According to your website, all the things that were ordered should be "at home". Also, the email was sent three days ago. The email cannot have been sent to the wrong address because I used the word confirmation that came in the email, and replied to that email, to send my question about the delivery date. During the conversation, the balance and inventory are checked, and with surprise you find that all the things are actually at home. The same phone call ends with the words: I'll send everything right away. On the 23rd I also receive an email confirming that my order is now packed. I'm waiting for it to be shipped. Nothing happens. ON THE 28TH DELIVERY FINALLY COMES, to be picked up at a DHL agent. I go straight away at lunchtime and pick up the package. I don't open it until I get home. GUESS if it's delivered correctly in the package? IT'S MISSING STUFF. The entire order hasn't been delivered. I paid for the order right away. Not via invoice. Not in arrears. The money was withdrawn on April 6th. I've been "lying out" with the money for 22 days. Systiners.se takes 22 days to deliver WRONG. They have no idea. They have no idea about their email. They have no idea about their own balance/status. They claim that the stuff isn't at home for delivery. Even though the website says that's the case. Even though when they check for themselves, they realize that they actually have the items at home and could have sent them a long time ago. They have no control over their packaging and delivery. They deliver the wrong items. Too little. Not the entire order. I'm dissatisfied on all counts. What else is there to complain about? Nothing. What is there to praise? Nothing.
