Today was the day for the 538 Food Truck in Heteren at Big Rivers Harley Davidson. Italian lunch (delicious soup, choice of 5 types of pasta) and what a lunch, super tasty and fresh... we all (24 colleagues) had a great time. We ordered the food truck from Edwin Smulders Catering for a birthday party. From the quote request to the final product, everything was perfectly organized and the communication was clear. As vegetarians and vegans, we had quite a few requirements for Edwin and Coby. They arrived with their beautiful food truck and provided delicious food that met all our wishes. They went out of their way to ensure everyone enjoyed themselves (everything vegetarian, vegan dessert, vegetable oil instead of beef fat, etc.), and we are incredibly grateful for that. The food truck is beautiful, and they are incredibly friendly and efficient. We couldn't have imagined better catering for our special day! Thank you! Highly recommended!
