Warning for Electrolux! Do not buy products from Electrolux! Had a problem with a brand new product that I bought with installation. After less than 1 month of hassle with the machine, I call customer support who cannot guide at all. After the third time, a service technician comes out, fixes the error that he pointed out happened during installation. The machine is now usable. Then an invoice for 2400 SEK comes, the caller announces that it is incorrect after a lot of ifs and buts and excuses she says she will call a technician and check and then get back to me. I hear nothing at all, later get a payment reminder on the invoice and call again. Customer support is downright rude and arrogant. Says "what should I do" "you just want to fight" "we won't come anymore" "now we're hanging up", I try to explain over and over again but with small laughter and arrogance I get comments back that I thought were unthinkable. Electrolux sells relatively cheap products and has a customer support that has 1 goal - Don't help the customer and charge high. The product is also of very low quality, which in combination with the worst customer support I have experienced, I would strongly advise anyone to have and deal with Electrolux. Extremely disappointed.
