Ended up in a hopeless situation where we bought a new stove at Elgiganten o. Bring delivered it 3 weeks later. However, it could not deliver because I have spinal cord injuries o. skeleton o. cannot carry anything - so the stove was driven away. M broken stove o. In pure despair, my wife came to think of Elon in Nedre Haga o. I rang; Rarely - if ever before! - have I met such a committed, happy and positive person with impeccable service sense. Was told, o. taught, that if we buy appliances from Elon they deliver the appliances, disconnect the old product (regardless of whether it requires an electrician) install the new one and - as the icing on the cake - take the old appliance with them and take it to the recycling station with it... This chance conversation resulted in us finding a new store with electronic products where we - as far as possible - all our future electrical products. A store that provides pleasant and quality service, that delivers, installs and throws away the old for you, is not worthy of any other rating than; 5🌟 out of 5 possible! Highly recommend this store and staff!👌
