Bought a Hyundai Atos at Felfrika Billar AB/Hs Bilverkstad AB in Löddeköpinge in November 2024, asked for the extra key when buying, then it was forgotten. Contacted the seller that evening and he promised to send the key by mail. After 2 weeks and a few phone calls, the key still hasn't been sent. Not until I threaten to report them for theft of the key, then it arrives 2 days later. About 1.5 weeks after the purchase, we fill up the car and discover the next day that almost all the gasoline has leaked out, drive the car to the workshop and there it was discovered that the gasoline tank has large rust holes that have been smeared with some mass to hide, even the control arm mounts were completely torn up and the same mass had been smeared there. The car was supposed to be inspected but according to the workshop the car had not been inspected, so I would like to get the name of the inspector. Contacted the seller who stated that they did not know about the condition of the car as they only sell cars as an intermediary. So they sell cars without checking the condition of what they are selling or taking responsibility. We made an agreement that I would leave the car at my regular garage and have the gas tank and control arm brackets fixed and the bill would be paid by faultless cars since I do not have the opportunity to drive back and forth between my home and their address. Contacted them when the car is ready and was told where the invoice should be sent, this was February 2025, it took a while because the garage needed to find and order a tank which was not easy for that car. I was told on April 9th ​​by my garage that they had not paid the invoice as we had agreed. I do not recommend buying cars or leaving cars at their garage as these seem to be real car scammers. I also see that the owner has moved his company around to different locations, is filing for bankruptcy to open under the same name in another location. I got a call on 11/4 after the review was posted and then the person calling from the same number as the salesperson stated that he is the CEO of the company and had nothing to do with the deal but was a relative. Now offers to pay the bill and 300 to me in exchange for me removing the review. I state that I don't want a penny, only that they do the right thing and pay the bill they are obligated to pay according to the agreement. I get sent that the bill has now been paid with a picture of the payment that is scheduled for the next day. Now in May I found out that the bill is still not paid, so they withdrew the payment immediately, so another lie again. Warning for this car salesperson. Don't pay your bills, put the companies in bankruptcy and open new ones again.
