You are not allowed to attend the inspection when you move out (even though I wanted to, emailed about it) so beware, you are guaranteed to get an invoice, because the ones you definitely don't get are a chance to fix if there is any complaint. If you are unlucky, you have to pay for their worn out appliances!!!! Because you are definitely not supposed to cook! The inspection takes place after you move out and you get the report in the email, the same with their invoice for the ones they want new and replaced but you move into an apartment that is dilapidated in several points and not cleaned (then they were the ones who cleaned it themselves anyway)! I was also charged for the adhesive on the balcony door that the previous tenant glued (mosquito net I assume) and which they let seep through during that inspection! Shame company! It is obvious that it is a poor, shitty municipality! Do not move here and absolutely do not rent from these scumbags!!!! Don't believe all the 5/5 reviews, the people who work have reviewed 😂
