Dom filade bort ett skydd som jag haft på min ena framtand som jag haft sen 2012 enbart för att den tandläkaren ansåg att den inte skulle va där. Jag förklara att dom måste lägga på ny belägning då jag har en skada i tanden sen jag va 7 år …

They filed away a guard that I had on one of my front teeth that I had had since 2012 simply because that dentist thought it shouldn't be there. I explained that they had to put a new guard on because I have had an injury to my tooth since I was 7 years old and fell off a chair and hit the kitchen table, and since then I have had difficulty eating hot food and drinking hot/cold drinks because the tooth hurts terribly. But he didn't care, and that they refused to fix 1 tooth that was getting a hole in it, but they didn't think there was anything wrong with the tooth. Then when I visited after I turned 25, they said that they could now suddenly fix the tooth with the hole (it hadn't gotten any worse) and that they could put a guard on the front tooth! BUT that now I would have to pay for everything which I questioned and then they claimed that I never asked them to fix the initial gap in the tooth and that they would put a new guard on the front tooth, nor have they documented in the records that they did not remove the guard on the front tooth or that I had an initial gap on the tooth??!! Tried to talk to the manager who said that her staff did nothing wrong in their actions, when I asked her why there were no records after what they did I got the answer that they did not do it. But no one else has removed the guard from my tooth since my old dentist in Stockholm put it on, and the initial gap is there when they took pictures. Absolutely the worst dentist in the world I have ever been to!! Will never go there again because they ruin more than they fix!! The last time I visited I refused to pay because you absolutely shouldn't pay if they can't even fix a hole that has started or grind away a terribly important piece of the tooth so you can eat and drink!!
