Ordered 3 cushions for a sofa. They were perfectly cut, and the sofa was like new.

Bad service and rude staff. We placed an order for curtains a month earlier. First it took several rounds to get the right price. Then we didn't receive an order confirmation, even though we had already paid in advance. Their explanation was that it was 'forgotten', exactly what a customer wanted to hear. When I asked about the exact measurements of the curtains, so that they wouldn't be too short, I didn't get an answer even though I asked several times. I waited until now after the holidays, to call them for more info. It was a rude treatment, I couldn't even finish a sentence without being interrupted all the time. She refused to answer my question but blamed it on the supplier being on holiday, even though I asked before the holidays. It would be some standard size she said, but she didn't know what it was, and didn't seem to care either. A simple answer that we'd check and get back to you later would have been enough, but it seems difficult for them to understand. Now we are worried about the quality of our curtains because the service is so poor. If we had any idea how rude and unprofessional they were, we would have ordered somewhere else.

Ordered sewing of a new hammock roof using the old roof as a template, with an addition of 9 cm on each short side. On the contrary, there was an addition on the long sides, so it looks very tricky. Since it was a bit difficult to order - the first time I had to choose from catalogs that had been discontinued! I had to go there a second time. With the justification that the fabric was striped, the bill was much more expensive than expected. I contacted them after a while and wanted to change it according to my ordered measurements, and it went well, BUT not without a grumpy attitude! Sad, they have been better in the past!!
