Getnö Gaard

The campsite is located in the middle of untouched nature, directly adjacent to several lakes. If you like peace and nature, this is the place for you. We were there in the off-season at the end of August, which had the advantage that the huge site was only moderately busy, but the restaurant was closed. Generally speaking, the supplies are somewhat limited. You can buy rolls at reception from 9 a.m. (make sure you order them in advance), but they are expensive and the selection is limited. The nearest supermarket is about 20 km away. I would definitely recommend shopping beforehand. There aren't enough toilets, showers, and sinks for the size of the site; with the few guests when we were there, there were sometimes waits to wash up. But if you're coming with a camper or caravan, you should be able to cope. Service building 4 is completely new; we often went there to shower. Just don't forget your flashlight in the evenings, as it gets pitch black when daylight is gone.
