Disgusting service!! At the beginning of the week I reserved a piece of outdoor furniture that was supposed to be in Örebro, but without the screws, so the person who reserved it for me said she would try to get the screws until the weekend when I had planned to pick it up. Yesterday I got a call from Granit in Örebro from someone who told me that the sofa was sold today. That this person should have reserved it first... I question it because no one had reserved the sofa when I called. The answer I got was that there had been a breakdown in communication and that they don't write down if someone has reserved it, but apparently the staff only TALK about it to each other. It was very strange that she then had my number and said that I had reserved it for Saturday (5 days) and that the woman who bought the sofa had reserved it since the beginning of last week. The person who reserved it for me and I never talked about what day I had reserved it for... Sounds more like the person I called wanted the sofa for herself! A very bad experience. I feel cheated..
