Mora sämsta ! Oseriösa verkstad ! . Lämnar in bilen för handbromsen inte gick gernom besiktningen ,dagen efter hämtade bilen sen åka in på besiktningen samma sak igen ,ringde Hanson i Mora igen …

Mora worst! Dishonest workshop! . Handed in the car because the handbrake didn't work well during the inspection, the next day I picked up the car then went in for the inspection the same thing again, called Hanson in Mora again they said they would take the car in and again the next day the same problem, a total of 3 times I had to go to and from the workshop, they didn't do a damn thing.. had enough and paid and left. BIG THANKS TO THE MECHANIC KRÅKBERG, got an appointment right away and went in so they could troubleshoot and fix the problem... the mechanics showed that Hanson hadn't loosened a single bolt, no wonder the brake wouldn't engage. then you can wonder what they did the 3 times I handed in my car to Hansson Motor as well? Tried and called because I wanted my money back but they don't seem to want to answer! Closer to 5000 SEK! Disgusting 🤮! . . DO NOT RECOMMEND HANSON MOTOR!

This is how service should be done. You are treated kindly and they show interest in you as a customer. They help more than can be required. Update after my visit for a warranty repair! What a bunch, professional and keep their promises. The car I bought from another large well-known group was broken from the start but after the guys at Hanson Motor put their love into it and helped me with the warranty dispute with the company I bought it from, it feels like I got a new car.
