They are unprofessional and people not professional

Had an appointment for my daughter for today. Last Friday the owner got in touch because the hairdresser couldn't see us at the booked time. He offered to reschedule the appointment to a time that didn't suit us, and he promised to get in touch if he couldn't work it out so we could make the booked time. Today when we got to the salon no one was there. No one answered the phone either so we left after waiting in the cold for 15 minutes. Really bad.

There is a reason they have such a low rating. They bind you with a 12 month contract you can't get out of even if your business closes. You have to keep paying. I think the main reason they are still in business is because of all the people forced to keep paying even after ending their subscription. It may take some time but this company will crash the more awareness their victims can raise. So continue spreading the word so people avoid subscribing to this scam. Good luck.
