Hudiksvalls Järn

I have shopped a lot there, a big place with many shelves, you had to look around to see if you could find what you needed at the moment, the staff are both knowledgeable and nice to deal with. So I can say that my father and mother have also been there, when they themselves needed something when it came to the boat and its accessories. I also know that my father bought his nets there and got his long sleeves as he always said, if it wasn't nets then it was rope he needed or some nails like screws, an occasional hammer or an axe that was out of stock. or some saw and a lot of other things as he always did, he said he would sneak in for a while to see if there was anything he needed.. if a life jacket had fallen off he would go in and see if there was anything suitable so that's where he went. but it's been so long, well around the 1970s. so it's been a few years now. because every time we passed by there he just slipped in to check for bigger nails. then he went to the pier where we had the boat then we went out to sea and out towards the islands further out. by the coast but that's another story.
