Great that they were open on Saturdays so they could help with our flat tire. We were surprised that it only took a few minutes, but everything seemed to be fine and they were nice. They said we should change the tires, which we knew, but they had recently been inspected so we thought we would wait until winter. The next day the flat tire was back. When we called them at the ideal workshop, they immediately said "yes, we said the tires were already worn out and that there was a 50/50 chance that the repair would work." It wasn't true, because if we had received that information, we would have considered whether it was even worth trying to fix the tire with them. When I questioned whether they were going to fix the flat tire again, they said we could come in again but that there was little chance that it would work. A waste of money, but because of their attitude, that they didn't apologize or take any responsibility for the work they did, we chose to go to another workshop. There they actually took the tire off and checked it and discovered a nail that was still there. At Idealverkstad they had charged 450 SEK for a 5-minute repair without even checking that nothing was stuck in the tire.

Toppen att dom hade öppet på lördagar så att dom kunde hjälpa till med vårt punkterade däck. Kände oss förvånade över att det bara tog några minuter, men allt verkade som det skulle och dom var trevliga. Dom sa att vi borde byta däcken, …
