Not a good general contractor for private customers with old, nice villas, ours is located in Kåbo. Roof replacement, new drainage, glass veranda conversion, repainting, new fence. IR does not detect that the house has previously been plastered. Post holes were drilled for the wooden fence before the boundary marking was ordered, hence the re-digging of the post holes by hand. Uncertain measurement points at the corners despite the boundary marking due to the removal of an iron pin by IR's carpenter, therefore the placement of the gate posts was uncertain.
