Very lazy young girls working there. We bought a new Christmas tree Saturday 27/12. 1) we call them with the bottom but nobody showed up so we needed to go to the entry to ask for help. 2)Came a girl that when I asked to test the product (that the lights were working good before I bring it home), she didn’t agreed. So she continue putting it apart without testing. I asked one more time when she was standing next to us on the line, with the tree, and then she send me to do it by my own outside, I can’t believe nowadays these kind of people is bringing such a bad service, they are getting paid and we are buying, is not a favor. Even when they saw I couldn’t make it work, they continue watching and then looking on another side. Nobody come to help me, with these kind of people “acting like they work” nobody should continue going there to buy. And we are costumers that goes very often, after this I don’t feel to go back to that store. The company must give a training to these young people that don’t know how to bring a good service and keep costumers happy, was so simple than walk to the place and test that was working. Is that so hard to do that ??
