Bought three "Färska Fibbla" cheeses; Garlic, Persillade and Chili. Garlic was our favorite. Lovely that it was topped with fresh chopped garlic. Worth noting: Persillade won a bronze at the Swedish Championship in Food Crafts 2024, category Oil-marinated cheese. Incidentally, Fibbla is the name of the goat that is the mother of the milk from which the cheese in this case is made. Fantastic environment where the animals have plenty of space and a beautiful stream. Unfortunately, as a visitor you don't have the opportunity to look around, but we saw the nice roosters, the horse and of course goats. Unfortunately there was no meat to buy when we were there, despite that I give it a five: for the farm, the areas and the craftsmanship that the farm lady masters. Goat farm, that's what it is, fantastic.

Their cheese is fabulously delicious 😋
