The operation requires both time and commitment that is not visible in the sales materials. 🗣 The salespeople said: "We are there and support you all the way." 🔇 Reality: The experience is that the support and interest from the head office disappeared basically the same second the invoice was paid. You are not alone. We are now a large group of partners who are in the same boat and feel misled by promises that have not been fulfilled.
