Lovingly preserved ensemble of water mill and bakery. Occasional festival of the local association "Mullhyttans Bygdeförening". Mullhyttans Kvarn The mill in Mullhyttan, previously called Västanås Kvarn, was probably built in the late 18th century. The oldest part is the mill chamber in the northern part of the mill. The mill was originally driven by a water wheel. Later, in the late 19th century, it was driven by two water turbines. Today, one pair is driven by an electric motor and the other by a water wheel. The river that runs past is called Mullån and comes from Lake Multen, 2 km north of Mullhyttan. The water flows on to Svartån and Örebro. The mill is unique with all the old mill machinery still usable. The mill has two pairs of stones, a sieve and two arched mills for grinding. The mill was in operation until the mid 1960s.
