Went in and checked the crib, poor service and treatment from staff. The box on the crib was opened/damaged so the staff checked the item and said it was okay. Once home during assembly one of the long sides of the bed is missing. Send an email to Lekia (at IKEA) regarding this and get no response so call in the next afternoon. Then they say they saw the email and want a picture of the wrong/missing part and a receipt so email this. Then wait for a response/update which doesn't happen so get in touch again after a few days, then get a response that they will contact the supplier and get back to you. Wait another week without a response so get in touch again, and in response the supplier will send a new long side. Had to wait about 1 month before they get back to say the side had arrived. When I picked it up, only extra staff were on site. So I was supposed to call the next day for info/compensation. It's been 3 weeks without them hearing back. Now shop more and more via Boglundsängen
