After going to other hairdressers, I have come to realize how bad my experience was here with the woman who owns Leonik. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from good. The first time I had my hair highlighted there, the result was almost perfect. But the second time, when I paid 3000 SEK for a balayage, she started the highlights about 5 cm from the roots of the bangs – which is completely new to me and definitely not what I expected. I left with highlights that looked like they had already grown out, instead of giving a fresh impression. I had a hectic schedule for the next two weeks and therefore could not contact her directly. When I finally heard back and explained that I was not satisfied, I asked if she could fix it. She claimed that my hair had grown out and treated me dismissively, even though I tried to be calm and matter-of-fact. But how much can hair actually grow in less than a month? I also noticed that the strands in the back of my hair were not connected in a continuous way with the previous strands, but I didn’t even bring this up because she had already reacted strongly just because I mentioned the bangs. It’s a long trip for me to Huddinge (almost an hour), so it wasn’t easy to go back. She finally agreed to correct the strands, but said she would do a “quick fix”, which sounded alarming. Once I sat in her chair, her attitude was so dismissive that I actually became afraid of what would happen to my hair. I even started crying on the spot. When I left the salon, I had two yellow “spaghetti strands” in my bangs. She had just applied bleach without using Olaplex, which was included in the original price of 3000 SEK. It’s now been probably four years since this happened. I don't usually write negative reviews because I really want to support small businesses, but this was the worst experience I've had with any type of service (I've been working in service for over 10 years so I know what to expect, which wasn't this). I had also recommended her to a friend who then ended up here, precisely because it was so good the first time. Despite that, I was treated so poorly the next time.
