You can take ships from other side of city (city center) to this place and back. Just use maps with Walk mode to find the ship stops. The ships that have a green flag in front are free and commute every 6 minutes.

Located in a busy and bustling area which primarily has lots of companies, educational and research institutions, restaurants and coffee shops.
