Lisa really provides outstanding service. She is an expert and so incredibly knowledgeable and always more than helpful in various sewing-related Facebook groups. Not only her own but she also helps in other people's groups. I have not seen a single person who has called for help when their sewing machines have not worked for various reasons that are due to the machine or incorrect handling by the user, Lisa always solves the problem and describes it educationally. I have learned a lot just by reading in the FB groups where Lisa answers. As a seller in her online store, Lisa is also an expert and helpful there. She combines shipping and always makes sure to offer the cheapest prices possible. I have bought two sewing machines, one of which is a Juki demo overlock and some sewing machine accessories and other sewing accessories and am so happy and grateful for everything! I have noticed that some have found the delivery time to be delayed, especially on pre-orders, but I really don't think so considering Lisa combines shipping and very often offers cheap prices on her goods and waits to be able to send everything together. She is good at updating and responds to questions very quickly. I feel safe shopping here and have never had to worry about missing a delivery. I trust Lisa 100%. I can really give my best warmest recommendations here.
