Really, really bad! I bought a pair of Chelsea boots and a pair of wholecuts from this shoemaker, with praise that they would be of good quality like the Loak brand. After about a month, the leather of the Chelsea shoes cracked, while the strap (which you use to put the shoes on) came loose and part of the heel fell off. When I complained, the shoemaker had a minor outburst in the store because he didn't want to do the heel work. It ended with me demonstratively having to pay 5 SEK for the bag. The crack that had been glued cracked again after a week. I then handed the shoes in to another shoemaker who found that the toe cap in the shoes was the wrong length because it ended right where shoes normally fold, which made the shoes impossible to repair (as the crack would naturally occur again). It was even worse with the other shoes (the wholecuts) that folded like an accordion after three months so that they could no longer be used. I wanted to complain about the shoes. The shoemaker then had another outburst in the store (for which he later apologized) but finally agreed to repair the shoes. The repair took 5 months. When I got them back, the creases had completely disappeared after two days. I was not allowed to complain about them. I then went to Bäckmans shoemaker further up the street and they stated that the shoes were “wrongly constructed” as the toe cap was too short and soft. (They said that in the same week they had received 6 shoes with complaints from Mano. A shoe store in the same area where I later looked at new shoes also told me that they had ended their cooperation with Mano due to problems.) The whole thing ended with two pairs of shoes with a new value of up to 10,000 SEK going straight into the bin. The bottom!
