Staff was friendly and very helpful, the Spa was amazing both inside pools and outside hot pools. What a place, well deserved five stars! Thank you!

Hello, We were standing near the hotel with my family, who came from Brazil to visit Sweden, and we simply wanted to learn more about the hotel. However, an older woman with gray hair, who was standing with another group in front of the hotel, treated us very poorly — with clear disrespect and disregard. We were very uncomfortable with the way she spoke to us. My family left wondering if all Swedes are like that, but we explained that this was just an unfortunate and isolated situation. I wanted to report this incident, as it seemed like this woman was part of the hotel staff. Thank you for your attention.

Rooms are standard size and with basic appliances and comforts. However, had some "weird stains" on the provided chairs. Beds are comfortable. Bath robe is provided, but no slippers - what a misser for a hotel with a spa! That spa in itself is by the way really nice! Did not take a massage, so I won't rate that. However, the food (besides the breakfast) was really really bad of portion size. Somehow a small cup of salad and a third of a chicken breast should be enough for a person as dinner? I don't think so. Additionally, some food choices were weird such as giving milk chocolate with havtorn berries.. cocktails weren't really mixed and quite expensive for what they were, and bread was also not replenished even after asking multiple times... Besides the extremely slow service as well, this spoiled the visit. However, the location and the spa both were amazing!
