Do not recommend this company for building a campervan I hired the company to convert a van into a campervan/motorhome and take care of the entire process until it became a complete and functional camper van. According to the estimate I received, the work would take about two weeks. In practice, the project took significantly longer. The car was with the company for three months before I picked it up the first time. And then they also required me to pay before I could pick up the car and since I live a short distance away, I had to pay the invoice without seeing what the result was. During the project, I was invoiced for significantly more working hours than he initially said, which also meant that the cost of the work was significantly higher than the original estimate. When I picked up the car the first time, it was not finished and several functions did not work as I understood we had agreed. After I pointed out the problems, the car was returned to the company for further work for two weeks. As invoiced and the same thing again, the invoice should have been paid before I could pick up the car. So I was again unable to check that everything was done as agreed. However, when I picked up the car after this, several problems remained. Examples of problems I experienced after delivery: Interior parts have come loose or broken shortly after the car began to be used A water pump broke and caused water in the car Some installations and material choices are not perceived as durable in practice Several functions that were important to me were not completed or did not work as expected Materials have been invoiced on several occasions during the project. However, the invoices only state “materials” followed by an amount, without any specification of what the material refers to. I have requested material specifications and purchasing documents for these items on several occasions, but no such accounting has been provided. I have also requested receipts as well as documentation and guarantees for certain components installed in the car, such as batteries, but this has not been provided. Given the size of the car and the amount of material actually installed, I have had difficulty understanding how the invoiced material costs have been calculated without such a specification. I have documented parts of the process and the result in video. My recommendation to others considering hiring the company for a similar project is to be very careful with written agreements, specifications, and documentation regarding both labor and materials.

När jag hämtade bilen efter detta kvarstod dock flera problem. På fakturorna anges dock endast “material” följt av en summa, utan någon specifikation av vad materialet avser. Jag har vid flera tillfällen begärt materialspecifikation och underlag för inköp för dessa poster, men någon sådan redovisning har inte lämnats. Jag har även begärt kvitton samt dokumentation och garantier för vissa komponenter som installerats i bilen, till exempel batterier, men detta har inte tillhandahållits. Med tanke på storleken på bilen och mängden material som faktiskt finns installerat har jag haft svårt att förstå hur de fakturerade materialkostnaderna har beräknats utan en sådan specifikation. Jag har dokumenterat delar av processen och resultatet i video. Min rekommendation till andra som överväger att anlita företaget för ett liknande projekt är att vara mycket noggranna med skriftliga avtal, specifikationer och dokumentation kring både arbete och material.
