Dropped off a car to do a simple job that took an hour. Over the course of a month, I had at least two calls where they said "we'll take the car in today" but nothing happened until about 6 weeks later. Then they charged 1250 for a bad driveshaft where a new one costs 1500, pointed out that a new one cost 1400 to 1600 and a bad one costs between 600 to 800 and then he was rude, Admittedly there is a one-year warranty but who the hell wants to go back there if it breaks within a year? Not only that, after paying, I was mocked that I should basically shave my beard. Take your car somewhere else, this company is a rogue operator with a lack of respect for others.

They had difficulty getting a quote, despite multiple calls/inquiries. The car not fixed in over 1 month. Which is a delay and not within a reasonable time. No feedback why they delayed either. They had all the parts at home from the start. Had to go there 2 times. The 1st time I had to talk to a woman who gave completely wrong information and promised a loaner car. Didn't hear anything for 1 week. Went there again today and had to talk to a man this time they took the car into the workshop and fixed what needed to be fixed.

Dom hade svårt att få iväg en offert, trots flertalet uppringningar/efterfrågningar. Bilen inte lagad på över 1 månad. …
