Brought the car in to fix brakes that were making noise and were stuck. Mekonomen was supposed to have a better price than another workshop so with hope we took the car there. At first they didn't find the fault, but we went back when the problems persisted so they found that the brake caliper was worn. It was replaced, 2 weeks went by and the brake was stuck again! Went there then they said it was the handbrake that was wrong and would cost us 8K.. we thought it sounded Strange and chose to go to our regular car workshop, who didn't agree at all but said it was the brake caliper again! So they called you and said pick up the car and fix this, 3rd time with the same workshop.. in the middle of the holidays we borrowed a car and left the car at a workshop where you would then take over to fix a mistake Again! Where they say you should call us about our car, We've been gone for 5 days and haven't heard a word from you! When we get home Sunday, we happily wait until Monday again and wonder? Do you have our car or not?? No one has heard from us for 6 days about anything, and you haven't even brought our car in yet???? But it should be ready the next day?? No manager is on site, a man says he can't do much but understands our frustration! I am extremely disappointed with this workshop and in the end I learned that it is not worth choosing the cheapest one in the pile! Because this is extremely poor service.
