Mekonomen Butik Arvika

I went there twice (different garage in Stockholm). The second time I requested a change of brake fluid and new rear brake pads... Well the price was extremely expensive but I though that it was because of Sweden and it was to ensure a quality service... I was wrong. I had to go to another garage as Mekonomen told me I was very low on engine oil (my car signaled it anyway so I was aware). that other garage (with recording as a proof) found out that the oil was not changed and that not even one liter was put (what I was supposed to have). The level was critical. for a total cost nearly 6000sek, I would have expected a proper job done. They put it as a service so according to my car computer I was good to go. This was dangerous for me, for the car and also not honest of them. I learned my lesson, a chain and pricy does not mean quality.
