Updating my review after quite a journey with Mekoteket. My first experience with them was great — professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Later, things went wrong due to poor communication and a lack of transparency, which seriously damaged my trust. Recently, however, they took full responsibility, fixed the issue at no cost, and handled everything the right way. Kudos to Ismar for his professional attitude and for properly managing the entire resolution process. He kept me informed and made sure I was fully satisfied with the result. 4 stars feels like the honest balance here. It acknowledges the past mistake while recognizing that they stepped up and made things right.

As a new resident of Gothenburg, I searched around and tried out various different workshops, which is not an easy thing to do. I can say with a clear conscience that the mechanics at Mekoteket always take care of you and make sure that the problems are solved. An extra plus is that there are never any "surprises" in costs!

Wonderful customer service and support. Definitely coming back for whatever is needed.
